  • How do I find prices?
    Click contact us button and request a price list or quote. We have price lists for our French Bistro Collection and for standard dimensions for our Europa Collection.
  • What is the lead time for bistro shelving?
    If it is a standard dimensions and in stock it usually can be done in 2 weeks. Custom options, finishes and dimensions can be done in 6 to 8 weeks.
  • What is the lead time for bistro chairs?
    We do occasionally have some ready made chairs available and because they are made and shipped in large quantities they are available immediately and at a discount. To custom make a bistro chair the rattan wood is steamed, bent, then cured and stained your rattan wood finish. Chairs are hand woven with your colors & locations in the weave of your choice. The complete process and arrival in the US usually takes 12 to 14 weeks. We are currently experiencing delays due to supply chain and international transportation issues.
  • What forms of payment do you accept?
    We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and bank transfers. We will send a secure link where you can make payment.
  • How do I place an order?
    Send us an e-mail at wahoodesigns@aol.com include complete billing and ship to address with a phone number. The item(s) you are interested in along with finish, color(s) and dimensions and any information you might think necessary. We will e-mail an invoice for your approval. After you have an invoice that you approve to be accurate and complete, with all of your questions answered your order can be placed with a deposit equal to 50% of your purchase. We often provide print previews of weaves and dimensioned drawings for confirmation prior to placing an order.
  • Where do you ship?
    We sell and ship around the world. We ship with Fed Ex and Fed Ex International. If necessary freight and trucking arrangements can be made with carriers.
